En väldigt god kaka från området vid tyska gränsen i Frankrike.
Recept:
Gör en pajdeg av 3 dl mjöl, 125 g smör, 4 msk vatten och 2 msk socker.
Knåda degen tills den är lagom torr. Häll i mer mjöl eller vatten vid behov.
Kavla ut degen till en rund cirkel. Lägg den i en lagom stor pajform eller liknande med inte så höga kanter. Skär bort överflödig deg som är utanför kanten.
Skala och kärna ur 1 äpple. Skär det i smala bitar.
Skär rabarber i små bitar.
Blanda i en skål: äpple, rabarber 0,5 dl socker, 1 tsk vaniljsocker och 2 ägg. Rör om försiktigt.
Fyll kakan med blandningen.
Grilla den i ugnen i 175 grader i cirka 35 minuter eller tills den börjar få brun färg som på bilden.

I bought this one in Siba in Backaplan in Gothenburg in april 2006. It was my first digital camera and an big step from earlier analogue cameras. It had many more features like zooming, settings, editing, ability to plug it into a TV and transfer images to a computer. The picture quality was pretty good but the video quality was poor.
When I tested it now 2018 it worked fine but the batteries was in poor condition and recharged in minutes when I used the camera.
The string on the camera is my own invention that simplifies usage and I avoid dropping the camera by putting the long finger in it. The string is made of stretch material.

This video was shot with this camera but converted to another video format during the upload to YouTube. The original film quality of the camera was poor in both picture and sound. HD was not common yet so it was maximum 640x480 pixels on videos on this camera. And only mono sound.
Pictures shot with the camera 2008. Downsized to fit this blog. The picture quality was quite good but it was not so strong colours and a little bit foggy.

The night pictures was changed in the colours to more blue or red. To take a night photo I was forced to have open shutter for a long time.
